Instructions
- Sauté the butter on high in an Instant Pot.
- Add cumin seeds directly to the hot oil until they begin to sizzle.
- Cancel the sauté on the Instant Pot.
- Add kidney beans, onion, tomatoes, salt, garlic, ginger, chile, coriander, turmeric, allspice, and cinnamon.
- Pour in the water and stir to combine.
- Manually set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally.
- Allow to cool and refrigerate until mealtime.
- Heat at mealtime and top with cilantro.
