Ingredients
- 8 ounces chickpea, dried
- 1 medium onion, unpeeled
- 1 whole clover
- ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoons black pepper
- 1 bunch kale, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Place chickpeas in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Put the onion in the pot and cook for 40 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add kale and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove onion.
- Allow to cool and store in fridge until read to serve.
