Hawaiian Pasta Salad
Description: Rotini with ham, pineapple chunks, red bell peppers, and spinach.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole grain rotini pasta
- ½ cup mozzarella, shredded
- 4 ounces ham
- 12 ounces spinach
- 2 whole red bell peppers, diced
Instructions
- Cook and drain pasta according to directions on box.
- Add pasta and other ingredients into a bowl and fold to combine thoroughly.
- Store in a large container or portion out into meal prep containers and store in fridge until ready to serve.
