Lemon Garlic Shrimp Kale Bowls

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 24 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 5 cups kale, chopped
- 5 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 3 whole lemons, juiced
- 5 cups great northern beans, cooked
- 10 cups rice, cooked
Instructions
- Melt butter in large pan.
- Fry shrimp, cooking two minutes on each side.
- Add kale and cook until it starts to wilt.
- Add garlic and lemon juice and cook and stir for one minute.
- Remove from heat, cool, and store in fridge until ready to serve.
- Cook according to packaging instructions.
