Mango Coconut Cashew Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 5 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3 cups milk
- 15 ounces lite coconut milk
- 5 cups frozen mangoes
- ⅕ cups chia seeds
- 2 ½ cups cashews
Instructions
- Add the oats, milk, and coconut milk in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Portion out the mixture in equal amounts into each meal prep container.
- Top with frozen mangoes.
- Refrigerate until mealtime. Top with a quarter cup of cashews at mealtime.
