Not Auguachiles
Description: I started with an aguachile recipe, but vamped up the veggies and cooked the shrimp so it really diverged a bit from aguachile.

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 whole red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 whole garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup cilantro
- 3 whole jalapenos, sliced
- 2 whole cucumber, slcied
- 1 bag radish, sliced
Instructions
- Mix everything in a bowl thoroughly and store in fridge until ready for serving.
