Spaghetti, Turkey Meatballs, and Green Beans

Ingredients
- 6 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
- 1 ½ cups parmesan cheese
- 6 whole garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅕ cup milk
- ⅕ cup olive oil
- 2 whole onions, diced
- 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 2 28-ounce cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 28-ounce cans whole tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ⅕ teaspoon salt
- ⅕ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 pounds spaghetti
- 1 bag fresh green beans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients except the olive oil.
- Roll 75, 1.5-inch balls and lay out on several oiled pan sheets.
- Place pan sheets in over and cook for 45 minutes (at least until cooked to an internal temperate of 165°F).
- Once baked, remove from oven.
- In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the onions and garlic until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in remaining tomato sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat to combine.
- Add the meatballs to the pot and stir gently into the sauce.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool. Store in large container(s) and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Cook according to package instructions.
- Drain excess water and rinse with cold water. Store in large container(s) and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Steam green beans in a medium sauce pan.
