Thai Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ⅕ cup basil leaves, chopped
- 2 whole green onions, thinly sliced
- ⅕ cups fish sauce
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 whole limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons ginger, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix everything except 1 tablespoon of oil and chicken.
- Add chicken to bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours in your fridge.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken and turn occasionally until chicken is cooked through (internal temp of 165F).
